2. Orders & Acceptance

  1. All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by ROOFVENTURE. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing.

  2. Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your product.

  3. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept payments via the methods listed on our Site.

  3. You are responsible for any additional charges such as shipping costs or import duties (if applicable).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship products within the UK and may offer international shipping where indicated.

  2. Delivery times are estimates only. ROOFVENTURE is not liable for delays caused by courier services or other circumstances outside our control.

  3. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any damage or missing items.

5. Returns & Refunds

  1. You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

  2. To make a return, contact our customer service via the email provided on our Site.

  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  4. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customisation. Any exceptions will be clearly stated.

  5. We provide a 12-month warranty on all tents, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

6. Product Information

  1. ROOFVENTURE makes every effort to ensure that product information, specifications, and images are accurate.

  2. However, slight variations may occur, and product colours may differ from images due to screen settings or photography conditions.

7. Liability
